Who we are

Solarwatt is a pioneering Croatian company dedicated to the production of green hydrogen from renewable energy sources, with the primary goal of accelerating the decarbonization of transport and industry. As one of the first entities in Croatia to establish green hydrogen production facilities, we are actively shaping the country’s transition to a low-carbon economy.

While we develop and manage supporting renewable energy infrastructure – such as solar and wind – these serve primarily to power hydrogen production systems. Our focus lies in creating integrated solutions where renewable electricity is efficiently converted into green hydrogen and e-methanol, driving industrial innovation and energy transformation.

Solarwatt’s operations are aligned with major national and EU policy frameworks, including the European Green Deal, REPowerEU, Croatia’s Low-Carbon Development Strategy, and the EU Hydrogen Strategy 2050. We are committed to building a sustainable, secure and independent energy system that supports climate neutrality and industrial competitiveness in Croatia and across Europe.
